Actor-director Justin Baldoni has decided not to refile his $400 million defamation lawsuit against Blake Lively after its dismissal earlier this month. Though he had until June 23 to amend and resubmit, his lawyer Bryan Freedman confirmed Baldoni will instead explore other legal avenues in response to Lively’s allegations of sexual harassment and a smear campaign. The dispute, which also involves Ryan Reynolds and PR firm Vision PR, remains active. Despite the setback, Baldoni’s team maintains his innocence and intends to pursue vindication as the legal battle unfolds.
